Who are we?
OneOnOneDND.com and the One on One: A D&D Duet Campaign podcast are owned and operated by Dennis Aldea and Makenzie De Armas (henceforth referred to as “One on One”, “we”, or “us”). The OneOnOneDND Twitter page and the OneOnOneDND Instagram page are also operated by One on One.
What information do we collect?
Whenever you access OneOnOneDND.com, we may collect non-personal information sent by your browser (“log data”). This log data may include information about:

- The pages you visited on OneOnOneDND.com

This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. One on One complies with the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing (CAN-SPAM) Act and other applicable laws. If you contact One on One by email, we will collect your email address in order to respond to you. We respect your privacy and will:

- Not share your email address with other parties
- Not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses
- Honor requests to terminate email subscriptions
- Honor requests to remove your email address from our records
You may send us a request to remove your email address from our records by sending an email to email@example.com. We will process your request as quickly as we can, but it may not be possible do so immediately. In addition, it may not always be possible to completely remove all of your information from our databases without some residual data because of backups and other reasons. We appreciate your patience and understanding in giving us time to carry out your request.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
One on One complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable laws. The One On One services are not aimed at nor intended for children under the age of thirteen (13). If you are under the age of thirteen (13), please do not use our services; if you are over the age of thirteen (13) but under the age of eighteen (18), you should use our services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. Your use of any One On One service indicates your agreement to this policy.
Changes to this policy
One on One may revise this policy without prior notice. We will notify you of changes to this policy by posting the new policy on this page. Changes to this policy are effective immediately. We ask that you review this policy periodically for any changes.
