Your privacy is important to us. These policies applies to all services operated by One on One unless a particular service specifies a different policy, in which case the more specific policy shall be followed. This policy discloses the types of information we collect through OneOnOneDND.com and other web services we operate, the method we use to collect this information, and how we use the information we collect to improve the services we offer.

Please read this policy carefully. Your use of any One On One service indicates your understanding of and consent to this policy and any other applicable policies.

Who are we?

OneOnOneDND.com and the One on One: A D&D Duet Campaign podcast are owned and operated by Dennis Aldea and Makenzie De Armas (henceforth referred to as “One on One”, “we”, or “us”). The OneOnOneDND Twitter page and the OneOnOneDND Instagram page are also operated by One on One.

What information do we collect?

Log Data

Whenever you access OneOnOneDND.com, we may collect non-personal information sent by your browser (“log data”). This log data may include information about:

  • Your computer’s IP address
  • Your computer’s operating system
  • Your browser type and version
  • The date and time of your access
  • The pages you visited on OneOnOneDND.com
  • The time spent viewing those pages


Whenever you access OneOnOneDND.com. we may send files (“cookies”) containing an anonymous unique identifier to your browser. These cookies may be used to save your preferences regarding our services and to compile aggregate data about site interactions to improve our services

You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies. You may do this through your browser settings. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some aspects of our services.


Whenever you leave a comment on OneOnOneDND.com, we will collect the data submitted through the comment form. We retain the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. We may also analyze your log data and/or check your comment through a third-party spam detection service to prevent spam.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Email Addresses

One on One complies with the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing (CAN-SPAM) Act and other applicable laws. If you contact One on One by email, we will collect your email address in order to respond to you. We respect your privacy and will:

  • Not send you unsolicited emails
  • Not share your email address with other parties
  • Not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses
  • Honor requests to terminate email subscriptions
  • Honor requests to remove your email address from our records

You may send us a request to remove your email address from our records by sending an email to oneononednd@gmail.com. We will process your request as quickly as we can, but it may not be possible do so immediately. In addition, it may not always be possible to completely remove all of your information from our databases without some residual data because of backups and other reasons. We appreciate your patience and understanding in giving us time to carry out your request.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

One on One complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable laws. The One On One services are not aimed at nor intended for children under the age of thirteen (13). If you are under the age of thirteen (13), please do not use our services; if you are over the age of thirteen (13) but under the age of eighteen (18), you should use our services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. Your use of any One On One service indicates your agreement to this policy.

Changes to this policy

One on One may revise this policy without prior notice. We will notify you of changes to this policy by posting the new policy on this page. Changes to this policy are effective immediately. We ask that you review this policy periodically for any changes.
